Description

At CelebrateYou ABA, we are a close-knit, welcoming family that truly values our employees and appreciates each individual for the unique talents they bring. We seek dedicated and passionate BCBAs who align with our mission: Joy in Every Milestone. We take pride in celebrating all of our clients' milestones, big or small, recognizing that each step forward is a reason to rejoice.

Our commitment to fostering positive workplace environments extends to the personal and professional growth of our team members. We prioritize your well-being and work-life balance by offering flexibility in hours and schedules. Our efficient and friendly office staff are always available to provide support. Together, we share a mission, with every team member dedicated to enhancing the lives of the children we serve!

BCBA Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a variety of descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments, such as functional analyses and skill-based assessments (e.g., ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS), to create a deep understanding of each child’s unique needs and strengths.
  • Provide ongoing, supportive supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) within your caseload. Foster their growth and confidence in implementing behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs, ensuring they feel empowered to make a positive impact.
  • Monitor client progress with genuine care by regularly reviewing data to ensure meaningful advancements toward treatment goals and adjust interventions thoughtfully to maximize each child’s potential.
  • Offer training to parents, guardians, and caregivers involved in the client’s journey, focusing on ABA principles and practical strategies to support progress outside of formal sessions, nurturing a collaborative partnership for success.
  • Ensure all training is delivered with cultural sensitivity and warmth, respecting the unique backgrounds and preferences of each family, and creating a safe space for open dialogue.
  • Prioritize the safety and well-being of clients during all treatment sessions, actively identifying and addressing any potential risks or issues with a proactive approach.
  • Respond swiftly and compassionately to any emergency or crisis situations, following established protocols while ensuring the client’s health and safety remain the top priority.
