The Opportunity: We are hiring a BCBA to oversee and implement behavior intervention strategies tailored to individual client needs. This role involves working with caregivers, supervising technicians, and driving measurable client progress.
Primary Tasks:
•Conduct comprehensive behavior assessments.
•Develop and adjust intervention plans using data-driven methods.
•Train and mentor behavior technicians.
•Collaborate with families and professionals to design goals and track progress.
•Document client milestones and program updates.
Requirements:
•Active BCBA certification.
