As a BCBA, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating behavior intervention plans, training staff, and driving behavioral growth.
Your Role:
We seek an experienced BCBA to craft and implement tailored treatment plans while supporting clients and their families. Collaboration with caregivers and supervision of behavior technicians are key components of this position.
Key Duties:
•Conduct assessments (FBAs) and design Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
•Oversee data collection to monitor client progress and refine programs as needed.
•Mentor behavior technicians and provide constructive feedback.
•Work closely with families and professionals to achieve client-specific outcomes.
•Document all sessions and client progress.
Qualifications:
•Certified BCBA.
•Master’s degree in a related field.
•Strong communication and organizational skills.
