Your Role:
As a BCBA, you’ll develop tailored treatment programs and mentor staff to ensure positive behavioral progress.
Key Responsibilities:
•Conduct FBAs and create effective BIPs.
•Analyze and adjust data-driven programs.
•Mentor and support behavior technicians.
•Collaborate with families to design actionable goals.
•Document all client interactions and progress.
Qualifications:
•Active BCBA certification.
•Advanced degree in ABA or a related field.
•Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
