Duties and responsibilities for Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):

  • Conduct assessments and design personalized behavior plans for clients with autism and developmental disabilities.

  • Implement evidence-based strategies to reduce challenges and build skills.

  • Provide direct behavior therapy services to clients in various settings, including homes, schools, and community settings

  • Collect and analyze client data to guide treatment planning and decisions.

  • Collaborate with professionals like speech therapists, occupational therapists, and educators for comprehensive client care.

  • Supervise, train, and support parents, caregivers, RBTs, and team members in behavior management strategies.

Compensation and Schedule for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):

  • Pay: Salary range $75,000 - $95,000 per year

  • Full time

  • 40 hours per week

  • Monday to Friday

  • Chose your schedule between 8 am and 6 pm

Skills and Qualifications for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):

  • Board Certified Behavior Analysis (BCBA) certification
