Your Role:
We’re hiring a BCBA to lead the development of behavior programs and mentor staff to achieve meaningful outcomes for children. Collaboration with families is central to this role.
Key Duties:
•Develop individualized treatment plans based on FBAs.
•Analyze data to inform decision-making and program revisions.
•Supervise and train behavior technicians.
•Engage with caregivers to align treatment goals with family needs.
•Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Qualifications:
•Current BCBA certification.
•Advanced education in ABA or related fields.
•Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
Compensation: $100/hr. We welcome applicants from all walks of life.
