The Role:
We’re looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who will collaborate with families, oversee behavior technician teams, and create tailored behavior plans.
Key Responsibilities:
•Perform functional behavior assessments (FBAs).
•Design and implement individualized treatment plans.
•Supervise and support behavior technicians.
•Partner with families to align goals and progress.
•Ensure detailed records of client progress.
Qualifications:
•Active BCBA certification.
•Master’s in ABA or similar discipline.
•Strong collaboration skills.
