We are seeking adedicated and goal-driven BCBAlooking tomake a meaningful differencein the lives of children with autism and their families.

The position includes responsibilities such astreatment planning,remote or in-personclinical supervision,parent training,assessmentsandteam meetings. Our services are deliveredin-home, in daycares, and in schools across Georgia and North Carolina, providing flexibility and opportunities to connect with clients in their everyday environments.

At Achievements ABA Therapy, you’ll be able tofocus entirely on clinical excellence, while ourdedicated back-office team handles administrative tasksto support your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee individualizedtreatment planstailored to client goals.

  • Provide remoteor in-personclinical supervisionto RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care.

  • Conductremote or in-person parent trainingsessions.

  • Attendteam meetingsto ensure collaboration and continuity of care.

  • Work acrosshome, daycare, and school settingsto provide seamless support to clients.

  • Maintain compliance withHIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA Certificationfrom theBehavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

  • Master’s degree inABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

  • Experience intreatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with a dedication to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism.

  • Passion for creating positive outcomesfor children with autism and their families through compassionate and effective care.

Job Types: Part-Time and Full-Time

Compensation:

$85.00 - $100.00 per hour contingent on experience
