Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and market share within key strategic accounts including Home Depot and Lowes. Focus on developing effective merchandising, promotional, pricing and commercialization programs to achieve business objectives.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Channel Leadership
- Serve as primary support for strategic accounts in Home Improvement space
- Lead joint business growth strategies, partnering with sales
- Optimize channel execution plans for 4Ps
- Develop and implement account-specific strategies to drive sales growth and market share
- Trade show optimization and material management
- Analysis and Problem Solving
- Partner with category management team to develop data-driven insights
- Identify growth areas around product development and execution of merchandizing
- Create executive-level presentations and communications
- Cross-functional leadership
- Drive stakeholder alignment and change management
- Manage multiple workstreams across departments
- Facilitate decision -making processes
- Lead project teams and coordinate resources
- Drive alignment across business units
Key qualifications include:
•5-7 years of experience in business operations, sales, category management
•Bachelor's Degree required
•Operational experience in CPG retailer landscape, preference for Home Improvement channel
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, understanding of retail data platforms (EDI, Circana, Nielsen, Spins)
•Superior communication and presentation abilities
•Proven track record of success in retail channel management
