Job Summary and Qualifications

As a RN Quality Management Coordinator II you will clearly and professionally, communicate with all other disciplines, individually or in groups, a development and activation plan for performance improvements that coordinate with the facilities Plan of Care, Strategic Goals, and Performance Improvement Plan.

What you will do in this role:

Assists and facilitates quality initiatives by developing, coordinating and supporting quality improvement activities including monitoring and evaluating, regulatory compliance and performance improvement implementation.

What qualifications you will need:

• CPHQ desirable
• Bachelor’s degree preferred. May substitute work experience for degree. Business, healthcare related. Medical records, data analysis, business processes, facilitation experience, design, and development of performance measurement.
• Prefer minimum 2 years’ experience in Quality Management with current knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Medical knowledge preferred.
• Ability to deal with politically charged situations.
• Negotiation and oral communication skills required.
• Statistical process control basics, computer literate and understanding of Quality Management processes.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel and Power Point required.
