Monte Nido Clementine Lake Oswego, located in West Linn, OR is a residential treatment program exclusively for adolescents seeking treatment for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction.

At Clementine, we support adolescents and their families on the path to full recovery by preparing each adolescent to navigate the challenges of life free of the eating disorder. We provide the empathy, education, and support to families as partners in the recovery process. We help each adolescent to replace the eating disorder with healthy skills and a deep understanding of how to live a life that reflects their own unique individuality.

We are seeking a Chef to join the Clementine team at our new program in West Linn, OR.

Responsibilities Include::
  • Prepare nourishing, well-balanced, and appealing meals for clients.

  • Facilitate and model normalized eating for our clients.

  • Maintain kitchen and oversee work of food service staff.

  • Collaborate with clinical team to meet nutritional needs in a holistic setting.

  • Adapt and create individualized menu items.

  • Order food and supplies needed for kitchen operations.

Qualifications::
  • Significant cooking experience is important.

  • Formal culinary training is highly desired.

  • A friendly personality is important in this healthcare setting.

  • Able to prepare dishes with desirable presentation.

  • Flexibility, reliability, and responsibility are critical characteristics.

  • ServSafe certification is preferred.

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record as driving is a requirement of the job.
