Responsibilities- Providing excellent customer service to all patients and visitors
- Case Presentation and insurance benefit education
- Entering treatment plans into Dentrix
Qualifications- A minimum of three years experience in a fast-paced dental office with HMO and PPO insurance (required)
- A minimum of three year experience treatment planning and presenting treatment (required)
- Experience with Dentrix dental software (required)
- Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
