Summary
This role is focused on efficient order management process for the MRO category. Reporting to Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Purchaser will be responsible to efficiently coordinate requirements of multipledepartmentsand to execute all transactions related to MRO order cycle.

Schedule: Monday-Friday; 7:00am-3:00pm
Primary Responsibilities
- Work with various teams to gather and compile MRO inventory requirements.
- Monitor inventory requirements for each MRO category and arrange timely replenishment.
- Analyze consumption history and ensure that inventory requirements are accurate.
- Analyze min/max quantities, orders, expedites and schedules for materials necessary to meet plant operating requirements on daily basis.
- Use theEAM/SAPsystem to plan, order, and receive materials and maintain data integrity.
- Responsible for full MRO order cycle: order entry, confirmations of delivery and price, backorder replenishment.
- Ensure all MRO items will have mandatory paperwork.
- Manage supplier relationships, track performance and communicate supplier performance feedback.
- Resolve all issues relating to defective material, order shortages, delivery, pricing or product quality with suppliers.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Required Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in MRO procurement analytics or MRO purchasing role is a strong asset.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Economics, Accounting or Finance.
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel level.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, Powerpoint, Outlook
- Experience with ERP/MRP processes, SAP experience preferred.
- Experience with demand forecasting and planning principles.
- Able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization both internally and externally in both written and oral form.
- Excellent time and project management skills.
