Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
- Supervise and mentor ABA Therapists and RBTs in implementing therapy goals.
- Monitor client progress, update goals, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Provide caregiver training to ensure consistency and reinforce skill development.
What You Bring:
- Current BCBA Certification (required).
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license for clinic and community-based work.
- Experience in ABA therapy (preferred).
- Compassionate, professional demeanor with strong communication and leadership skills.
