Le ou la gestionnaire principal(e), coach agile situ(e) Montral relvera du directeur ou de la directrice du Centre d’excellence agile et de la productivit en dveloppement logiciel, faisant partie du bureau P&T Enablement Office de la division Expedia Product & Technology d’Expedia Group. Cette quipe se concentre sur l’obtention de rsultats stratgiques en amliorant l’excution des programmes, l’excellence oprationnelle et la transparence de la prise de dcision grce des informations, des mesures, une collaboration et des outils solides. En tirant parti de son expertise en matire de livraison agile, de gestion de portefeuilles, de programmes et de projets, de communication, de collaboration, de connaissance du personnel et de rythmes d’entreprise, ce poste permet d’assurer une excution sans faille et des rsultats probants.
Dans ce rle, vous aurez les responsabilits suivantes :
tablir et promouvoir les pratiques exemplaires pour les crmonies agiles telles que la planification des sprints, les runions, les revues, les rtrospectives et l’affinement du carnet de commandes, en mettant l’accent sur la responsabilisation de l’quipe et la ralisation des objectifs.
Votre exprience et vos comptences :
Bilinguisme en franais et en anglais, un atout.
Minimum de 8 ans, dont au moins 5 ans en tant que coach agile travaillant avec des entreprises de taille moyenne grande et plusieurs quipes simultanment.
Une comprhension approfondie et une exprience pratique des mthodologies agiles, notamment Scrum, Kanban, SAFe et Scrum@Scale.

The Senior Manager, Agile Coach located in Montreal, reporting to the Director, Agile Center of Excellence and Engineering Productivity resides within the P&T Enablement Office of the Expedia Product & Technology division at Expedia Group. This team focuses on driving strategic outcomes by enhancing program delivery, operational excellence, and decision-making transparency through robust insights, metrics, collaboration and tools. By leveraging expertise in agile delivery, portfolio, program and project management, communication, collaboration, workforce insights, and business rhythms, this role ensures seamless execution and impactful outcomes.
In this role, you will:
Establish and promote best practices for Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement, focusing on team accountability and goal achievement.
Support teams in defining acceptance criteria, Definition of Done (DoD), Definition of Ready (DoR), and refining stories at different levels of planning.
Experience and qualifications:
Bilingual in French and English is preferred
Minimum of 8 years, with at least 5 years as an Agile Coach working with mid to large enterprises and multiple teams simultaneously.
Deep understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Scrum@Scale.
Strong interpersonal, mentoring, and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster collaboration across all levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent industry experience; Master's degree preferred.
The total cash range for this position in Montreal is $136,500.00 to $191,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $218,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
