Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and flexible Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to become a key part of our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with military families, providing much-needed support to children with autism while fostering collaboration with caregivers. We are looking for someone who is passionate about ABA therapy and mission-focused on supporting military families. This is a case-driven, per diem position ideal for someone eager to contribute to the growth of a startup while maintaining a work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to create tailored treatment plans.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members.
  • Deliver direct therapy and support to clients in various environments (home, school, community).
  • Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure the success of treatment plans.
  • Analyze data to adjust treatment plans and ensure meaningful progress for clients.
  • Participate in team meetings and actively contribute to the company’s growth and development.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
  • Prior knowledge and experience working with Tricare insurance is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexibility and a strong desire to thrive in a startup environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in-person sessions.
  • CPR/BLS Certification.
