Offer Based on Years of Experience

Area Dir Business DevelopmentResponsibilities:

• Provides learning and development opportunities for team and sales staff through coaching and mentoring
• Reviews the CRM system to ensure productivity pieces are happening in assigned areas.
• Manage the quota of each of the DBD’s assigned sites.
• Each Area Director, Business Development (ADBD) is to meet with their team (face-to-face) on a weekly basis; this meeting can be either in the office or out in the field. As part of the weekly marketing meeting the ADBD should prepare and distribute an outline for the meeting, review Amplicare Reports to ensure usage and documentation, review the Call Log Report/Referral Conversion Report/ABC Report of active accounts in conjunction with the Executive Director.
• Quarterly Business Plan management with DBDs per each site.

Area Dir Business DevelopmentQualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Sales or other related field preferred.
• 5-10 years previous experience in hospice, home health, healthcare sales and/or community development.
