What You’ll Do:
- Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
- Supervise and mentor ABA Therapists and RBTs to implement therapy goals.
- Monitor client progress, update goals, and adapt treatment plans as needed.
- Provide caregiver training to support skill generalization and consistency.
- Deliver services in-person or through telehealth sessions to meet client needs.
What You Bring:
- Current BCBA Certification (required).
- Master’s degree in Psychology, ABA, or a related field.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license for in-home visits.
- Compassionate, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in in-home ABA services (preferred).
