Our client is seeking a Network Real Estate Administrator to join their team. As a Network Real Estate Administrator, you will be part of the Real Estate Department supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Network Real Estate Administrator
Location: Bedminster, NJ (In Office Tuesday and Wednesday, Remote Monday, Thursday, Friday)
What's the Job
- Review Purchase Orders for Accuracy
- Assist in Processing Agreements and Amendments
- Monitor and Correct Database Issues
- Research and Cure Rent Payment and Tax Issues with Agreements
- Generate Termination Memos and Process Change of Ownership Requests
What's Needed
- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of relevant work experience
- Three or more years of experience in site acquisition, commercial real estate, or property management
- Experience in the communications industry, ideally in wireless
- Proficiency in Google Suite tools and Microsoft Office software, including Excel and Word
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities while consistently meeting deadlines
- Experience with FUZE
