What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Lead and train maintenance staff to enhance their skills and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage maintenance budgets and resources effectively.
