ROLE DESCRIPTION
New Patterns ABA is looking to grow our team as we are new to the Richmond area. We seek immediate availability for part-time Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) with flexible hours that work around you and your client’s schedules.
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
- Serving clients in their homes, schools, or community settings as needed
- Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans for individuals on the Autism Spectrum and with other qualifying diagnoses
- Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans, making adjustments as necessary
- Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on implementing behavior intervention strategies
- Collect and analyze data to track progress and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records using Central Reach
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information
Requirements:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Flexibility, empathy, patience, and a solution-oriented, client-centered approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Our BCBAs have autonomy and flexibility, while we provide supportive staff who are ready to listen and provide the necessary resources for our providers and clients to be effective in their roles. This position is primarily based in Richmond, VA, with limited drive time around the greater Richmond area.
COMPETITIVE PAY
- We offer competitive pay ranging from $90 - $120 per hour or $90,000 - $130,000 per year commensurate with experience
