Job Functions, Duties, Responsibilities and Position Qualifications:

The Executive Administrative Assistant (EAA) works very closely with and directly reports to the Mid-South Divisional President of Sonic Healthcare USA.

Location: Memphis, Tn
Days: Monday - Friday

Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Full-time: Benefit Eligible

In this role, you will:

  • Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for executive leaders including: managing customer service calls; tracking medical license renewals and credentialing; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
  • Successfully completes deliverables, including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the Division President’s ability to effectively lead the company.
  • Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects and other documents in support of objectives for the organization.
  • Draft and prepare correspondence for internal announcements and client communications
  • Serves as the executive proxy in meetings and committees as needed, using discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment.
  • Represent the company and the Executives in a positive light through great follow-through skills and sound judgment.
  • Conserve the Executives’ time by reading, researching, collecting and analyzing information as needed, in advance.
  • Routinely perform a wide variety of support duties.
  • Attend meetings and take notes as requested; prepare the initial draft of minutes and summaries.

All you need is:

  • Associates’ Degree or at least 3 years of executive administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suites
  • Preferred experience working in a healthcare setting, but not required
