Maybell Quantum is seeking a motivated individual to join our Operations team. Our ideal team member is a hands-on individual who has experience working in procurement at fast-paced manufacturing companies. They are self-motivated with strong communication skills and can work well in teams and individually.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate contracts, prices, and delivery terms with suppliers
- Maintain an updated vendor database and performance metrics
- Creating and processing purchase orders accurately and timely
- Tracking orders from placement through delivery
- Following up on delayed or incomplete orders
- Reconciling discrepancies in orders, deliveries, and invoices
- Proactively identify and address potential bottlenecks in the supply chain that could impact production schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in procurement, or a related role, preferably in a high paced manufacturing environment.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
Base salary: $60,000 - $100,000
