Role Overview:
Sodexois seeking aRestaurant Retail Manager 2forMarquette University located inMilwaukee, WI. Our successful candidate will lead the day-to-day operations of the on-campus restaurant Annex Bar & Grill.This position oversees allrestaurant operationsincluding menu development, sales, ordering, inventory, hiring, physical and food safety, and experiential dining with oversight, mentoring, and management of a supervisor, cooks, and a large student employee team. Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions. - lead frontline/hourly teams, mentoring them in accurate cash handling, operations, open and closing processes
- maintain all product merchandising, marketing, and ordering standards are in place
- provide stellar customer service
- train and manage department HACCP Safety Programs, Sodexo programs, and daily operation standards

What You Bring:
- a work history demonstrating strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization
- the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and exhibit a passion for a high-level of customer service
- experience working in a restaurant setting
- demonstrated working knowledge of automated food, ordering, production, and management systems as well as menu graphics programs
- proven client relationship-building and customer service skills
