Shift:Nights / 9:45p-6:15a, 8x5, 40hrs per week, EOW
Length:13 weeks
Requirements:
- WI RN or Compact License
- 1-2 years experience
- Education: ASN or BSN
- AHA BLS
Other details:
- Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio):”300” wing = 33 beds, but current census is 26. Mix of hospice and LTC patients. *”500” wing = locked wing, dementia patients. 25 beds, current census is 16. - Overall beds for facility are licensed at 72 (all private), but normal census is around 45. They rarely go above 60
- Covid vaccine required
- Scrub Colors: Scrubs: any. Jeans on Monday for and Friday. Khakis anytime. Closed toe shoes. Facial piercings may not be of the hoop variety
