We're seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Maintenance Mechanic to join our team! As a Senior Maintenance Mechanic, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and facilities. Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNCs and other manufacturing equipment
- Complete work orders and assignments with minimal supervision
- Utilize skills in plumbing, hydraulics, electrical, carpentry, painting, and equipment repair/maintenance
- Lead 6S initiatives and promote a safe and clean working environment
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve maintenance issues
- Provide daily updates on work progress and status
Requirements:
- High School Diploma required
- 10+ years of experience in maintenance and repair (plumbing, hydraulics, electrical, carpentry, and painting)
- Experience with equipment repair and maintenance on CNCs – Swiss style, multi axis, etc.
- Working knowledge of how to use hand metrology equipment preferred
- Proficient with Preventative Maintenance equipment and local building codes
- Strong PC skills and ability to use common hand/power tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work overtime, respond to facility emergencies, and maintain a valid driver's license
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., work in inclement weather, and climb ladders
- Frequent driving on company business required
