Role Purpose Statement

To Manage all procurement functions including RFI / RFQ, Contracting for new products, Master data set up, compliance and SLA adherence

Main Accountabilities

• Develop RiM Americas process for Procurement and Inventory Management
• Establish relationship with key suppliers and manufacturers for current product lines used by RiM Americas
• Develop a process to provide innovative products for Onboard Retail and airline Complimentary service programs
• Develop standard RFI / RFP process.
• Conduct RFI / RFP for current and future products and services
• Implement a standard catering services RFP / Contract process
• Set Up and Negotiate Supply Chain Distribution services and contracts
• Support OBR Team by being the chief negotiator on contracts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team to promote communication, solicit ideas, discuss issues and identify solutions
• Develop Purchase Order process and implement to track all purchases
• Set up and Maintain Master Data for all products.
• Run Monthly Reports and determine usage and adjust forecasts for suppliers

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree required, advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of related experience required
• Strong organizational / communications skills with capacity to manage multiple project workload
• Ability to lead and facilitate, with excellent interpersonal skills
• Computer skills to include Strong Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, SAP MM
• Ability to interface with and coach at all levels within company, as well as with the external customer and supplier representatives
• Successful record in stretching to exceed Corporate expectations and organizational
• Travel- 25%
