The Human Resource Office Administrator role is based in Indianapolis, IN and reports directly to the Midwest Region Human Resources Director. This position will be responsible to support our Operations HR team throughout the region and help the HR function become a stronger and more influential business partner, as well as be responsible for office administrative duties.

- Work in partnership with assigned client groups
- Maintain harmonious relationship and close cooperation between management and employees as well as Federal, State and Municipal Agencies
- Administers our AAP and Drug testing compliance program
- Administers GrantStream donations program
- Supports Tuition Reimbursement program
- Guides employees with Open Enrollment annually and other benefit offerings
- Involved in Immigration staffing requirements.
Essential Experience and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; PHR, SPHR, CCP or other related HR certification are an added plus
- Knowledge of employment law and recruiting/staffing
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Work Environment
Role is on-site and operates primarily a professional office environment, but requires conducting business at manufacturing locations and job sites where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, humidity, and elevated noise levels.
