Our client, a leading player in the heavy industrial sector, is seeking a Motorized Material Handler to join their team. As a Motorized Material Handler, you will be part of the operations team supporting the efficient flow of materials throughout the plant. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Motorized Material Handler-2nd Shift
Location: Beaverton, OR
Pay Range: $20.57 per hour
What's the Job
- Handle and maintain the flow of materials throughout the plant.
- Complete daily pre-start forklift maintenance inspection reports.
- Assist with sorting, deboxing, and moving pallets/materials on the plant floor.
- Load and unload trailers while adhering to safety protocols.
- Participate in plant safety meetings and report any safety or maintenance concerns.
What's Needed
- Ability to work any shift and overtime as needed.
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Capability to operate various equipment including forklifts and electronic pallet jacks.
