Job Description:
Ensure the safety and security of our nation as an Intelligence Operations Support Advisor at GDIT. You’ll apply the latest technology and provide operational support to deliver actionable intelligence for the Intelligence Community. Our work depends on an Intelligence Operations Support Officer joining our team to be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and disseminating intelligence information to support decision-making at all levels of the organization. This includes collecting, triaging, and reviewing information from a variety of sources. The Intelligence Operations Support Advisor then analyzes this information to identify trends, patterns, and threats. Finally, the Intelligence Operations Support Advisor disseminates this information to decision-makers in a clear and concise manner. TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.
HOW AN INTELLIGENCE OPERATIONS SUPPORT ADVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Provides current and emergent intelligence reporting to customers, updating, maintaining, and disseminating products
Executes and tracks intelligence sharing amongst multiple stakeholders
Provides continuous intelligence watch, maintaining communication with respective components and partner agencies
Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in report writing to support technical operations
Ability to brief review boards, management and customer leadership, locally and abroad
Understanding of or familiarity with Agency systems
Research and writing skills
Sorting and prioritizing intelligence and operational message traffic
Alerting customer leadership to worldwide breaking events and threat related events
Provide continuous information sharing, knowledge management, communications, and reporting support through collaborative business processes
Categorize and disseminate critical information to the customer staff
Demonstrated experience managing projects of competing priority, while concurrently responding to short-fuse requirements
Demonstrated experience in understanding and managing complex, ambiguous and sometimes difficult situations and a demonstrated ability in bringing that experience to supporting customer operations
Demonstrated experience and current knowledge of commercial computer/technology hardware, software, industry practices, and emergent and future technology trends
Demonstrated experience in technical/blended operations, both supporting and defining methodologies or procedures for improving operations
DESIRED SKILLS:
Previous experience working with cyber and technical operations
Minimum of eight years’ experience with cyber operations to support Agency operational missions
Demonstrated experience working independently and balancing competing priorities while in a fast-paced operational environment
Experience being part of multi-disciplinary teams working to achieve cohesive operational objectives
Demonstrated experience and organizational skills, with the ability to problem solve, meet deadlines, and manage multiple operations in an environment of changing and/or competing priorities while adhering to policy issues and applicable laws affecting operational activities
Demonstrated experience and strong interpersonal abilities, judgment, and oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrate the ability to act both independently and to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment as well as explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Demonstrated experience in modeling inclusive and corporate acumen, and a demonstrated record of making contributions for a greater good outside of immediate work unit, and the ability to collaborate across the Agency
Demonstrated experience and the willingness to take initiative and be proactive
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science, a related specialized area or field and a minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience
Advanced knowledge of the principles, methods, processes, and applicable regulations involved in intelligence operations
Experience supporting intelligence operations (e.g.: watch operations or knowledge management)
Specific certifications or education/training may be required, depending on job assignment

The likely salary range for this position is $124,950 - $169,050. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
