What You Will Do:
Perform system commissioning tasks utilizing Johnson Controls configuration and commissioning tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve fundamental HVAC mechanical, electrical, and controls issues. Respond to basic warranty service requests.
How You Will Do It:
Load software onto system-level controllers.
Conduct basic commissioning and system diagnostics from system-level controllers to end devices (e.g., sensors, actuators) and complete all necessary commissioning paperwork.
Keep management and JCI contractors or customers updated on job status and any issues that arise.
Calibrate systems using basic electronic testing tools.
Complete administrative responsibilities, such as time sheets, expense reports, and on-site documentation.
Document modifications and provide updates for as-built documentation.
Communicate with JCI contractors or customers upon arrival at and before leaving the job site.
Adhere to all safety protocols and participate in required safety training, maintaining a strong focus on the safety of employees and subcontractors.

Capability to use hand and power tools (e.g., drills, saws).
Basic computer skills are necessary.

Strong communication and listening abilities.
Some locations may require specific licensing for mounting and terminating low voltage devices.
