As we prepare to expand into a center-based model, we are seeking a Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to play a key leadership role in launching and managing our in-home services. Position Overview:
The Lead BCBA will play a crucial role in overseeing the clinical quality of our in-home ABA services. This individual will be responsible for conducting initial and ongoing assessments, developing treatment plans, ensuring treatment integrity, as well as management/oversight of BT/RBTs and growing a BCBA team. This role offers unique leadership opportunities and the chance to grow alongside the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Oversight: Oversee the delivery of in-home ABA services, ensuring high standards of ABA practices and treatment integrity.
- Client Management: Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress through data analysis and regular adjustments in CR.
- Program Development: Contribute to shaping the future direction of the company.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all documentation, reports, and billing are accurate and completed in a timely manner in accordance with company policies and funding sources.
- Family Collaboration: Foster strong partnerships with families through regular communication, parent training, and support.
- Provide supervision/training to team of RBTs and BCBAs
- Conduct supervision in hybrid setting: home/community/center/ Telehealth.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge and proficiency with a range of clinical approaches to care
- Use professional knowledge and independent judgment to strategize continuous improvements
- Strong assessment skills and treatment planning/ goal writing expertise
- Good analytical/critical thinking skills with the ability to record, track, and analyze therapy progress and make changes when needed
- Must have excellent positive communication and interpersonal skills – works well with parents, children and other professionals
- Cultural Competency
- Client focus and strong ability to function as a member of a highly collaborative team
- Bilingual is a plus!
Requirements:
- Must hold current and active certification as aBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)through the BACB.
- Must be physically able to perform direct and supervision sessions
- Must be able to administer variety of assessments and write treatment plans
- Ability to pass background screening
- Must be willing to complete or have completed the 8-hour supervisor training through BACB
- Ability to obtain/maintain BLS/ CPR & First Aid certification
- Must hold a valid drivers’ license and maintain proper current insurance
