CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
- Product Labels: Provide label review support for products across the Paint Stores Group (PSG), Consumer Brands Group (CBG), and Global Supply Chain (GSC) by applying knowledge of labeling rules, regulations, and company labeling policies and ensuring a high degree of accuracy and quality.
- Document Management: In partnership with other product stewards on the team, manage the SharePoint and SOP processes to verify creation and updating of new and current SOP’s.
- Strategic Initiatives: Support Process Improvement projects, such as the Stage Gate Process, and ensuring project on-track performance and roll-out to divisions and regions.
- Analytics: Provide support to product stewards and their customer and business stakeholders by conducting regulatory impact assessments per product line.
(1) Label Review:
- Review labels for compliance in a timely manner to meet service level requirements.
- Maintain sufficient knowledge to work independently and solve basic label inconsistencies, errors, etc.
- Work with product stewards to review label concerns and issues to ensure consensus and consistency across the team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems concerning data, compliance or both.
- Work with impacted business stakeholders to resolve issues associated with product labeling.
(2) Customer Data Support:
- Serve as the data steward in support of customer data systems and portals to ensure accurate entry of product data. Maintain sufficient knowledge to recognize questionable data and assist to resolve to meet data standards.
- Provide support to product stewards, customers, and business stakeholders for development of product-related reports.
(3) General Stewardship Support:
- In partnership with PSG/CBG/GSC product stewards, provide general product stewardship support to business and customer inquiries including the collecting of product data, preparing customer portfolio reports, handling regulatory inquiries, etc.
- Collect, aggregate and summarize data across the affected portfolio.
- Support impact assessment projects stemming from updates to regulatory information, formula updates, raw material changes, and new regulations. Analyze data, summarize and organize results, and support businesses impacted by changes as needed.
