ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented SeniorSoftware Engineer to join on our team in the Chantilly, VA area.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Building software and web development
Driving software design, development, integration, configuration management, transition planning, acceptance testing, and deployment activities.
Continuous Integration\Automated Testing\DevOps.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with Agile software development experience Java\JEE, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher, GitLab, ElasticSearch, Grafana, Kibana.
Experience with Web Development.
Experience with Cloud-based technologies(familiarity with AWS service offerings).
Experience with DevSecOps and CI/CD pipeline.
Experience with designing and documenting microservice-based architectures.
Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
Experience with distributed systems (services and databases).
Experience with developing /debugging and/or testing of web applications and web services.
Experience with Test, Verification, and Deployment Experience.
B.S. in a technical field with 5+ years of software engineering experience OR Master's Degree in a technical field with 3+ years of systems engineering experience.
Security Clearance Requirements:
An active and current TS/SCI w/ poly is required.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
