Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
The tasks will include designing, developing, and deploying solutions to improve organizational knowledge sharing and awareness. Candidate will work with a small team committed to supporting our DoD customer. Position is responsible for engineering new and maintaining current IT tool-sets relevant to the environment.
- Responsible for the software development processes and outcomes for customer
- Support content design of Microsoft SharePoint 2016/2019 collaboration environments
- Serves as a technical point of contact for use of SharePoint
- Engage and communicate with stakeholders across both business and technology functions
- Plan, create, configure, customize, check, and remedy issues related to SharePoint Sites and user requirements from tickets submitted to Help Desk
- Creation of dashboards based on key performance indicators
- Create and/or implement graphical design for customer SharePoint site branding
- Conduct and participate in regularly scheduled and ad hoc SharePoint testing
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have 5+ years’ experience within information systems and related security technologies
- Background experience designing and implementing enterprise scale solutions
- Experience with software architecture, software development fundamentals, object-oriented design, and Web user interface design
- Experience with SharePoint 2016 Administration (Setup, troubleshoot, farm admin)
- SharePoint - Farm Level Proficiency and knowledge of content types, Search, design/use of libraries, sites/subsites, site permissions, and information management policies
- Experience with Visual Studio, ASP.NET, and C#
- Working Knowledge with Team Foundation Server
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Security+ certification or other IAT Level II certification
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of HTML, XML, Java Script, CSS, and transact-SQL
- Experience using DevExpress controls
- Exposure to ESRI products (Portal, Desktop PRO, Server)
- Understand setup of and troubleshooting Windows IIS
- Familiarity with DISA STIGs
Clearance Requirements:
- Must possess an active Top Secret (TS) clearance with Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI) Eligibility
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
