TransForce is hiring full-time Local CDL A Drivers in Dayton, OH. Earn a minimum of $1,305/week guaranteed with the potential to earn up to $1600 per week
Enjoy steady pay, no-touch freight, and consistent home time. Flexibility is key as shift assignments and routes are based on availability and seniority. At least 9 months of verifiable, consistent, and recent Class A driving experience required.
Position Highlights:
- Guaranteed Pay: $1,305 per week minimum for route pay
- Earn up to $1600 per week
- Work Type: Local, home daily, no-touch freight
- Schedule:
- Routes vary, but most are Monday - Friday
- Some routes require Monday - Saturday schedules (with additional pay for the 6th day)
- Drivers bid on routes monthly, with route options improving as seniority increases
- Shift Flexibility: Must be willing to work any shift as assigned
- Equipment: Automatic transmission trucks
Key Responsibilities:
- Route Management: Operate Class A vehicles to complete local and regional delivery routes
- Safety & Compliance: Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment meets DOT and safety standards
- Freight Handling: 100% No-Touch Freight (drop & hook)
- Driver Flexibility: Be available for any shift assignment and participate in the monthly route bidding process
