Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in OC HCM Fun-Core HR Oracle Integration Cloud Oracle SOA Cloud Service and other Oracle Cloud HCM modules. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of both technical and domain skills particularly in Payer. The position operates during the day shift and does not require travel.
Qualifications
- HCM Extracts for data extraction and reporting.
- Exhibit domain expertise in Payer improving the ability to deliver tailored solutions.
- Show a proven track record of successful Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
- Display excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Have strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Be adept at mentoring and guiding junior team members.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM advancements.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement and optimization of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
- Possess a strong understanding of data integrity and security principles.
Certifications Required
Oracle HCM Cloud Technical certification preferred
Salary and Other Compensation:
- The annual salary for the role is between $130,000/Year to $140,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
- This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
