Requirements:
- CA License
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Experience administering chemo
- Academic Med Ctr experience
- AHA BLS
- ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate
- Charge Nurse experience, Telemetry experience, BMT/Cellular Therapy experience preferred
