Our client, a leading automotive company, is seeking a Maintenability Engineer to join their team. As a Maintenability Engineer, you will be part of the Technology Engineering department supporting the Aftermarket Technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proactive engagement in learning opportunities, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully with the organization.

What's the Job
- Utilize data analysis to identify maintainability areas with the highest impact and co-develop technology concepts.
- Improve data collection for maintenance costs and ownership to facilitate data-driven decisions.
- Lead early analysis and participate in failure mode analysis to define repair and diagnostics strategies.
- Analyze product and project information for early evaluation of technical solutions from a maintainability perspective.
- Visualize maintenance costs to verify and validate features in the technology area roadmap.
What's Needed
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in engineering or a related field.
- Practical knowledge obtained through education and work experience.
- Ability to work independently and take the lead on tasks.
- Self-driven with a proactive approach to ongoing development and learning.
- Potential for longer-term development within the organization.
