As a Business / Financial Analyst, you will be part of the finance department supporting various operational teams. What's the Job
- Experience with auditing billing/invoices
- Conducting systems audits
- Analyzing complex information to identify trends and relationships
- Reconciling rent and understanding leasing agreements
- Working on terminations and CPI processes
What's Needed
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Ability to read and understand leasing agreements
- Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Experience differentiating trends from complex data
- Basic knowledge of CPI
