IT Field Technician

The Field Technicianprovides onsite IT support services for all of Crew Carwash locations. This includes the installation, maintenance and support of all the IT infrastructures and systems, including but not limited to Servers, PCs, Ethernet cabling, Cisco routers and switches, video surveillance systems, phone systems and general user troubleshooting.

Crew's expectations:

• Must be available to work a third shift schedule, generally from 8:00pm through 8:00am, 4 nights per week (Mon-Thurs).
• Must have self-discipline and be able to work unsupervised for duration of shift.
• Have at least two years of experience as an IT Field Technician or equivalent.
• Possess initiative and motivation with a “get the job done” attitude.
• Ability to utilize knowledge and experience from previous technical issues and apply it to current and future technical problems.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and general Microsoft troubleshooting. Basic network troubleshooting required.
• Must be able to sort through complex issues and conduct comparative analysis of multiple solutions.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required. A+ or Network + Certification along with an Associate’s Degree in Information Technology highly preferred.
• Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with customers, team members, and the general public.
• Focused on quality while maintaining a sense of urgency.
