What You’ll Do:

  • Ensure compliance withstate and federal affordable housing regulationsat a national level.
  • Preparefinancial viability reports, tenant income certifications, and compliance documentation.
  • Conductproperty inspectionsto maintain quality housing standards.
  • Oversee and analyzeaccounts receivable/payable for housing projects.
  • Develop and providetraining to program staffon housing regulations and property management.

What You Bring:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degreein liberal arts, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of one yearof experience in housing compliance, property management, lease management, or working with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred).

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Understanding ofstate & federal housing regulations (NIFA, HUD, OHA, DCHA).
  • Experience inproperty management, leasing, and affordable housing programs.
  • Familiarity withfinancial benefits for tenantsandbasic bookkeeping.
  • Strongorganizational, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency inMicrosoft Office, housing software, and database management.
  • Ability toprioritize tasks, maintain confidentiality, and work independently or in a team.
