Essential Duties and Tasks:
- Verification and tracking of all material received, shipped and moved
- Receive materials and store in the warehouse
- Deliver materials/supplies to production areas
- Verify all inbound and outbound shipments
- Record purchases and maintain database
- Perform physical inventory count, reconcile stock count to records, compute figures from records to obtain current inventory levels
- Verify computations against physical count of stock and adjust errors where needed
- Investigate and report reasons for discrepancies
- Prepares various inventory reports
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications, Education and Experience:
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Prior forklift experience required
- Two - four years solid working knowledge of warehouse processes and manufacturing required
- Must be able to work overtime as needed, including Saturdays and holidays
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and correspondence
- Ability to perform complex mathematical calculations
- Experience using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Lifts 2-8 lbs. continuously and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
