OneStaff is a leading provider of healthcare staffing solutions. We are currently seeking a motivated and versatile Locum tenens Career Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing physicians and advanced healthcare providers in temporary assignments.

Responsibilities :
·Source/Recruit candidates through various channels.
·Qualify strong candidates for Locum Tenen assignments.
·Utilize guidance-based sales strategy to build relationships with healthcare facilities and providers.
·Build & develop long term relationships with Healthcare Professionals.
·Manage full-cycle recruitment and placement process.
·Ensure understanding of client needs.
Requirements :
·Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field preferred but not required
·At least one (1) year experience in Sales, Account Management or similar experience in relationship-building role.
·Proven experience in recruitment/account management, preferably in healthcare industry.
·Strong communication and interpersonalskills.
·Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates.
·Excellent organizational and time management skills.
·Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations is a plus.
·Super-human PC skills including proficiency in Excel.
