General Manager
We, Integral Hospitality , are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to lead the strategic and operational functions of our property. You will oversee all aspects of the hotel, including guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage operations, sales and marketing, profitability, and human resources. Your leadership will drive revenue, operational excellence, and a memorable guest experience.
What will you do
Manage all aspects of daily hotel operations.
Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
Oversee kitchen operations and food management.
Implement and maintain inventory control procedures.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of staff members.
Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth.
Monitor and manage the hotel's budget and expenses to ensure profitability.
Collaborate with various departments to maintain smooth operations.
Represent the hotel professionally in both appearance and actions.
About you:
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in hotel management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Sales and marketing skills; experience with sales is a plus.
Ability to manage hotel property management systems.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to train and lead employees with a focus on motivating teams for optimal performance.
Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed.
