As aLicensed Practical Nurse(LPN)you will be called to care when you're needed most. As part of InterimHealthcare, you'll support a full range of patient services to bring comfort and dignity to our clients.
Grove City: $22 for 1 patient, $34 for 2 patients, $45 for 3 patients- Thursday and Friday 6:30a-6:30pm
- Saturday 7a-7p
Hillard: $25 per hour- Saturday and Tuesday 9:30pm-6:00 am
Powell/Lewis Center: $25 per hour- Saturday and Tuesday 12p-5p and 3:30pm-8pm
- Monday and Thursday 9a-4p
Minerva Park: $22 for 1 patient, $34 for 2 patients, $45 for 3 patients- Saturday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 6p-6a
West Side: $25 per hour- Thursday and Friday 7a-7p

As aLicensed Practical Nurses (LPN)you will:
- Providein-homedirect patient care according to theprovider'sprescribed plan of care (and nursingscope of practice) while closely monitoring progress/recovery
- Assessand document patient conditions and reportchangeas needed (vitals,blood/stool/urine, glucose,etc.)
- Administer medication, insulin, and IV/fluids,documenting thoroughly
- Inspect and care for wounds, changing dressings and assisting with personal hygiene
- Assess patient for further injuries, infections, bedsores, etc. and deliver appropriate treatments
- Collaborate with providers, aides, and allied health professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
To qualify for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position with us, you will need:
- Licensure: Current unrestricted license to practice as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state associated with this position
- Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
- Practical trachand/or ventilator experience preferred, not required
