Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-person behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based ABA strategies to promote skill development and address challenges.
  • Provide in-person supervision and training for Behavior Technicians.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis, making adjustments as needed.
  • Train and support families, caregivers, and professionals involved in care.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation.

Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Master’s degree in psychology, special education, or a related field.
  • Certification: Current BCBA certification.
  • Experience: Experience working with individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
  • Skills: Strong ABA knowledge, data analysis, excellent communication, and teamwork abilities.
  • Transportation: Access to reliable transportation for in-person services.

  • In-Person Requirement: Hybrid Remote - This is an in-person role, with services provided at client homes or designated therapy locations in the Omaha metro, Lincoln, and surrounding areas.
  • Flexible hours: Monday to Friday
