As a Monitoring Operations Center Training Specialistwith Securitas Technology, you will be responsible for developing and implementingtraining programs which will assist the field associates in their many different efforts. These includeimproving their knowledge and comprehension of core principles of the monitoring centerprocesses for a more profitable business. This individual mayalso help tosupport training on our sales and operations teams as well.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs for all monitoring associates
- Support for new hireassociates in understanding all aspects of processes, systems and tools
- Design, develop and deliver training curriculum for electronic security solutions
- Provide administration, follow-up testing and support
- Support development and administration of Monitoring for On-Boarding, Orientation & Technical Skills Certification programs
Job Requirements:
- Two to four years experience in training a broad range of skill sets, or two to four years monitoring experience
- Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on support to improve the productivity and onboarding experience of new hires
- Person will be a vital member of a small team but must be willing and able to work autonomously
- Person must possess excellent writing,interpersonal, communications, analytical and presentation skills
- Requires strong and proficient computer skills
- Must be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of associates and managers within internal functional groups in the company, as well as with corporate executives
- Person must be both highly versatile to manage a diverse workload and have a high degree of integrity to administer to confidential and sensitive information
- Travel may be required
