We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Senior Marketing Generalist to lead client relationships, oversee marketing projects, and deliver results that exceed expectations.

Job Summary:
The Senior Marketing Generalist will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing the development and execution of marketing strategies that align with their goals. This role requires exceptional project management, copywriting, an eye for design, and analytical skills, along with the ability to collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

Copywriting:

  • Develop compelling, high-quality copy for campaigns, presentations, and reports as needed.
  • Review and edit content to ensure consistency and alignment with client messaging.
Design:
  • Develop visually compelling and engaging content.
  • Create marketing materials using Canva and the Adobe Suite.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
  • Understand client objectives, provide strategic guidance, and ensure their needs are met effectively.

Project Management:

  • Plan, execute, and oversee multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate with creative, digital, and content teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.

Marketing Strategy & Brand Development:

  • Develop and present comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to client goals and target audiences.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for clients.
  • Support clients in building and evolving their brand identity through strategic messaging and creative direction.
  • Ensure all campaigns align with client brand guidelines and goals.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize results.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports to clients, showcasing ROI and key achievements.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the internal marketing team as well as cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Track expenses and ensure campaigns stay within financial parameters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role or related role.
  • Proven expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies across various channels.
  • Exceptional project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing performance metrics and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust.
  • Proficiency in marketing platforms, CRM tools, and data analysis software.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Strong copywriting skills with attention to detail and brand consistency.
