Job Description

We are looking for a Resolution Analyst to assist in delivering high-quality service to customers by analyzing and researching the cause and initiating a corrective action plan required to meet or exceed our customer expectations. This position will be full-time contract and onsite.

What You’ll Do

• Collect and analyze data

• Make outbound calls to follow up on customers' issues as well as information gathering

• Assist in the development of reports to show trends and forecasts

• Attend and participate in meetings

• Produce data, analysis, and verification in a timely and accurate manner

• Provide data inter-departmentally that offers feedback to other divisions highlighting areas impacting the business

• Independently recognize possible areas of concern when reviewing data

• Work with large volumes of data in an efficient and effective manner

• Other duties as assigned

What You'll Need

Required:

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills

• Strong, effective decision-making skills

• Ability to look at the big picture, conceptualize outcomes, and identify trends

• Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines

• Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related reporting tools

Preferred:

• Experience working with large volumes of data

Physical Demands

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

• Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

• Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
